Motivations
The CBMS Resources app is designed to facilitate efficient access to information related to the PSA-led CBMS. The motivations behind the development of this app are as follows:
- Centralized information resources

Installation and Demonstration
When accessing the app for the first time, all static assets like photos and downloadable files will be cached or saved to your local storage in preparation for offline use. This is running as background processes and caching speed will entirely depend on your Internet speed. Once caching is done, you should see an indicator that the app is ready to be installed.

Account Registration for Training Exercises
The CBMS Resources app has integrated training exercises for CBMS Form 2 (HPQ), CBMS Form 4 (BPQ), and HPQ geotagging. These will be taken at the end of each discussion/presentation. To access these exercises, users are encouraged to register first, as only registered users can upload their scores. Though failing marks will not post any consequence, it is still imperative that all trainees will pass these exercises. Common mistakes committed by the trainees will be evaluated and processed to clarify any confusion with the concepts being discussed.
Registration
To register, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Training Exercises menu and select CBMS Form 2 (HPQ) You will be redirected to the Registration page if this is your first time accessing the page.
You need to fill up all required information in the fields provided. Select the appropriate USER TYPE from the dropdown.
Click/tap on the PROCEED button to continue the registration. Once the registration is successful, you will be redirected either to the Training Exercises landing page or to the home page.
Training Exercises
Training Exercises
The Training Exercises landing page contains the list of excerices for each module, which shall be taken sequentially. You may notice that some exercises are still locked. This may only be unlocked once you have completed the previous ones.
To begin answering training exercises, click/tap on either the chevron icon or the ">" button or the linked text.
Click/tap on the SUBMIT button once you have completed answering.
A dialog box will popup asking for your confirmation. Click/tap on the CONFIRM button to proceed.
Your score will be reflected immediately after submission. Answer key will also be revealed. Note that the order of items is randomized, which can only be re-ordered after submission by clicking/tapping on the Original Order button.
Note also that there's a gray button labeled Uploaded next to the Original Order button. If during submission you are connected to the Internet, your score is automatically uploaded to the server. If this button is enabled, that means that the score for this specific exercise was not successfully uploaded.
You can go back to the Training Exercises landing page to view the summary of your scores.
User Account and Profile
User Account and Profile
You can also manage you user profile in the Training Exercises landing page. Click/tap on the user icon avatar to display your profile.
Click/tap on the EDIT button if you wish to update you profile (it is only encouraged to update your nickname). Then just click/tap on the SAVE button to apply the changes.
You may also logout anytime by clicking/tapping on the logout button (red).
To access the training exercises, however, you need to login again.

In the event that registration is not successful due Internet connection issues, user may opt to continue as guest. From the Registration page, click/tap on the CONTINUE AS GUEST button (upper right).
You can still take the training exercises but your scores will not be uploaded to the server.
